TERMS & CONDITIONS - ROCKETBUSINESS

In addition to the Terms and Conditions set out by RocketBusiness, the following Terms apply for Customers purchasing the Marketing Services. These Terms are between the Customer and INVOKE Solutions.

  • Customer agrees to
    • Provide timely access to necessary information, materials, platforms, and assets.
    • Approve plans, content, and amendments within agreed timelines to avoid delays.
    • Adhere to all feedback deadlines communicated by INVOKE Solutions.
  • If Customer fails to respond to requests or communication from INVOKE Solutions within 3 working days, Customer will be deemed "non-communicative". This may affect project timelines. INVOKE Solutions reserves the right to proceed based on its best judgement if communication timelines are not met.
  • Ownership
    • Customer gains ownership of deliverables upon both:
      • Full payment of all fees associated with the services.
      • Written acceptance of the work within twelve (12) months.
    • Third-Party Licenses
      • If third-party materials are included in deliverables, ownership remains with the original licensor. The Customer must abide by licensing terms, which will be communicated by INVOKE Solutions.
    • Proprietary Tools and Data
      • All proprietary tools, methodologies, and data developed by INVOKE Solutions remain INVOKE Solutions' property. Use of such tools by Customer outside the agreed scope is prohibited.
  • INVOKE Solutions will provide monthly performance reports summarising the following. No guarantees are made regarding specific campaign results due to external factors beyond INVOKE Solutions' control.
    • Key metrics such as acquisitions, impressions, and engagement.
    • Strategic insights and recommendations for future optimisation.
  • Indemnities
    • Indemnity by INVOKE Solutions: INVOKE Solutions will indemnify the Customer against claims arising from its work unless such claims are caused by Customer-provided materials or instructions.
    • Indemnity by the Customer: The Customer indemnifies INVOKE Solutions against:
      • Claims resulting from Customer-supplied materials.
      • Alterations made by the Customer to INVOKE Solutions's work product.
  • The Customer agrees to participate in INVOKE Solution's platforms (e.g., meniaga.my, decoris.io)
